Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop data-driven future scenario models and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term market disruption forecasts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Publish thought leadership whitepapers and presentations at global industry forums
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and sociocultural shifts with predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research in foresight or innovation publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
