Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 strategic vision framework
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Present strategic foresight findings to global stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and disruptive innovation
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Strong network with futurist and tech innovation communities
