Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and space exploration integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future demands
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Design resilience frameworks against black swan events and exponential disruption
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state business models and customer experiences
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise strategy implementation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier media
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two, Delphi Method)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent professional credential
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state strategy implementations
