- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready strategies into annual operational plans
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and manage a network of futurist thought leaders and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
