Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and execute scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic initiatives
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and thought leaders
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs testing future-focused solutions
- Produce annual Future Impact Reports with quantitative/qualitative forecasts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend forecasting, and impact analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience with sustainability frameworks and ESG integration
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, WFS) preferred
