You'll translate complex future scenarios into strategic priorities while maintaining a pulse on market disruptions and regulatory shifts.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Translate future scenarios into actionable product development priorities
- Present foresight analyses to executive leadership and board members
- Guide cross-functional teams through technology adoption cycles
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/quantum/bio)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of tech regulatory landscapes across 3+ regions
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
