Responsibilities

- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future markets
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce thought leadership reports and white papers on emerging paradigms
- Monitor horizon-scanning signals (academic research, geopolitical shifts, innovation labs)
- Design resilience frameworks for systemic risks (supply chain, regulatory, ethical)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging societal or technological shifts
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Gartner, Deloitte TMT)
