Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof products and services
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry stakeholders
- Build and maintain a foresight ecosystem including scenario modeling and horizon scanning
- Advise leadership on ethical implications of emerging technologies and regulatory landscapes
- Coordinate with global R&D teams to align 2026 R&D priorities with market evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
