Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board members
- Produce trend reports and competitive intelligence briefings
- Partner with R&D to align innovation initiatives with future market demands
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of accurate trend prediction and scenario modeling
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Fluency in future-oriented frameworks (e.g., STEEP, SWOT-PESTLE)
