Responsibilities
- Anticipate technological and societal shifts through advanced trend analysis and scenario modeling

Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record publishing in Future Journal or Technology Review
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling platforms (e.g., Palisade)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from NSF or DARPA
