- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with predictive insights for board and investor audiences
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into 5-year roadmaps

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field

- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
