- Curate and maintain Horizon's future-tech intelligence database
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Futurism, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of launching market-first solutions
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
