Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic foresight frameworks mapping technological, economic, and societal trajectories through 2026
- Lead scenario planning initiatives for disruptive innovations in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into R&D roadmaps
- Produce executive briefings on paradigm shifts affecting industry landscapes
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs for prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Curate global networks of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario development, and trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or societal transformation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis, backcasting)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful impact of foresight work on organizational strategy
