- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force
- Author thought leadership on long-term industry evolution
- Anticipate ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in futures thinking or scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in forward-looking platforms
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives
