Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026-2030
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, biotech) and translate into strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future scenarios
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-concept solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
- Build stakeholder consensus on long-term technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published research or speaking engagements at tech conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech impact (required)
