Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Present futures intelligence to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
- Architect ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (AI ethics, neuro-privacy, etc.)
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward anticipatory innovation and adaptive resilience
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating exponential trends into enterprise value
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or MFRA) preferred
