Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business models
- Produce high-impact futures reports and strategic briefs for executive board and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and disruptor startups
- Design and implement innovation accelerators for 2026 market readiness initiatives
- Mentor next-generation futurists and cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/business implications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in scenario planning or futures methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
