Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies for 2026+ horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation to disruptive innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future intelligence into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech implications and ethical frameworks
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive models for industry stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to forecast paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in translating complex trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting visionary concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented frameworks or trend predictions
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
