Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with data-backed impact projections
- Manage the FutureTech Accelerator program, mentoring startups developing 2026-relevant solutions
- Author quarterly 'State of the Future' reports for executive leadership and investors
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech forums and 2026-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and scenario modeling frameworks
