Responsibilities

- Produce horizon-scanning reports identifying disruptive forces across 15+ industries
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate-related business impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with future trends
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies through stakeholder consultations
- Present strategic briefings to executive teams and investor boards
- Curate an annual '2026 Futures' conference featuring global thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D innovation
- Proven track record of publishing trend-forecasting whitepapers or industry reports
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum encryption)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex scenario-planning projects for Fortune 500 clients
