- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning models for stakeholders
- Drive innovation workshops across global R&D teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends impacting technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AGI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial roadmaps
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management across global organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE) preferred
