Responsibilities
- Map technology adoption curves for 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum-AI integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and design teams
- Author predictive briefings for executive stakeholders
- Partner with policy teams to shape ethical tech governance
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, climate tech, and neurointerfaces
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Delphi method and technology roadmapping
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
