- Author quarterly trend briefings distributed to executive leadership teams

- Interface with venture capital partners to identify future unicorns
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3+ validated case studies)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or MBA with innovation focus
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) preferred
