Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and strategic recommendations for global clients
- Build and maintain a proprietary ecosystem of futurist methodologies and data sources
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models and solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex strategic foresight projects
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
