Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to inform 5-10 year strategic vision
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for organizational adaptation to 2026+ landscapes
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive frameworks for stakeholders
- Curate and host futurist workshops with industry leaders and academic partners
- Quantify future opportunities through data-driven modeling and risk assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse teams
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) strongly preferred
