Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging global trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable technologies through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and innovation priorities
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and disruptor identification for next-generation markets
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into development roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference presentations, and industry panels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Business Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios and strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
