Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops for innovation ideation and prioritization
- Produce foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype emerging technology applications
- Represent company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
