Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex foresight into actionable strategy
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major future-strategy projects with quantifiable business impact
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
