- Architect strategic foresight roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with corporate vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' synthesizing insights from AI, biotechnology, and sustainable energy domains
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry dialogues
- Mentor next-generation futurists while building internal foresight capabilities across 15+ global offices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record of forecasting paradigm shifts (demonstrable case studies required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
