- Partner with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational capabilities and innovation pipelines
- Produce trend briefings and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Curate cross-industry thought leadership summits on next-generation human-machine collaboration
- Design predictive models for technology adoption curves and market transformation vectors
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in prototyping 2026-ready solutions with venture partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating technology disruptions (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
