You'll lead immersive research, scenario planning, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining our competitive edge in rapidly evolving markets.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technology impacts
- Develop scenario-based models for market evolution and disruption
- Present executive insights through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles
- Build and maintain global network of futurist and academic partners
- Author annual 'State of 2026' industry forecast reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two Loops)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating complex trend analysis projects
