Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic frameworks using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across industries
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry conferences
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation labs
- Design and manage scenario planning initiatives for market volatility
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting models
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or future trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
