Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop and present future-state roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish industry partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech pioneers
- Design competitive advantage frameworks for emerging market ecosystems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for high-stakes strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
