Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deliver executive-level briefings on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces) and their market implications
- Develop predictive models for societal shifts in workforce dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Author white papers and thought leadership content establishing Horizon Dynamics as the future authority
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 8+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) and their societal impact
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic planning
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
