- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Mentor a high-impact team of futurists and technologists
- Present visionary briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting tech adoption curves
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, AC/FS)
