- Produce strategic foresight reports with quantifiable impact metrics
- Advolve in patent strategy for breakthrough innovations
- Represent company at global futurism summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proven track record in translating foresight into executable business plans
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., SAMI, Horizons)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
