- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks across technology, markets, and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and KPIs
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and champion a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional research, analytical, and data synthesis capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, SFIA) preferred
