Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Vision, translating emerging technologies into actionable strategic initiatives
- Analyze exponential tech trends (AI, quantum, bio, blockchain) to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic foresight to executive leadership and boards with data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to stay ahead of technology curves
- Mentor innovation teams in adaptive thinking and exponential growth methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record of successfully launching initiatives based on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems thinking capabilities
