Responsibilities

- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for next-generation product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce forward-looking white papers and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging technology pioneers and research institutions
- Quantify strategic opportunities through predictive modeling and market simulation
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry foresight forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
