Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend forecasts across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Design strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on future disruptions
- Conduct primary research through industry forums, academic partnerships, and patent analysis
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders including investors and board members
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech regulation, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused strategic projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Assessment preferred
