Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-vision implementation
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, academic institutions, and policy bodies
- Drive innovation pipeline development with 18-36 month lead times
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism research
- Advanced degree in technology, economics, or social sciences
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (Web3, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, Foresight Practitioner)
