Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight models using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead executive workshops on emerging tech disruptions (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Author annual 'Future State' reports distributed to Fortune 500 boards and government agencies
- Design cross-industry innovation roadmaps for clients in healthcare, energy, and manufacturing
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on horizon scanning initiatives
- Present at Davos, Web Summit, and Global Futures Forum on paradigm shifts
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary FutureStack methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, or quantum AI
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing strategies for $1B+ organizations
