Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Design innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Build and curate a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future states into executable business strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and drive R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy decisions
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Global perspective with multicultural experience
