Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and Board of Directors quarterly
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption timelines
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future tech scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record predicting tech trends (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R for trend analysis
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Certifications in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) or Technology Forecasting
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech/future journals
