- Develop and operationalize the 2026 innovation framework across 5 strategic verticals
- Identify and quantify emerging tech disruptors (AI, quantum, bioengineering) with 3-year market impact
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption readiness
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to executive board and investor consortium
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author annual 'State of 2026' industry forecast whitepaper
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech architecture
- Proven track record of mapping multi-year technological roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Technology Roadmapping
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-strategy initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi)
