Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging technology and societal trends through quantitative analysis and qualitative research
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive innovations
- Advise executive leadership on long-term R&D priorities and investment opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation pipeline maturity
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology forecasting roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
