Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in futures studies or strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
