Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ impact potential
- Develop predictive frameworks for industry transformation scenarios
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author thought leadership on long-term tech adoption patterns
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting tech landscapes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented strategy implementations
