- Design ethical governance protocols for emerging tech integration
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic implementation success
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record in exponential technology forecasting (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
