Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof business models
- Produce high-impact trend reports with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 5-10 year market horizons
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate strategy or consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with validated case studies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
